Refunds & Cancellations

Every SiyAI gift is custom-made for one person and one moment, so our refund rules are a little different from a usual product store. Here's how it works - clearly and fairly.

1. Cancellation before work starts

You can cancel for a full refund any time before our team begins production on your order. "Production starts" means we have started writing, designing, recording or rendering your gift - we'll always confirm this on WhatsApp/email before we begin.

2. Cancellation after work starts

Once production has started, we'll have already spent time and tooling on your gift. In that case:

  • If we've just started, we can refund up to 50% at our discretion.
  • Once the first draft is shared with you, the order is non-refundable.

3. Revisions

Each plan includes a specific number of revisions, mentioned at the time of order. We genuinely want you to love the final gift - please share feedback within those revisions so we can refine it.

Revisions cover tone, edits and small changes. Scope changes (a different recipient, different concept, additional length) may be chargeable; we'll quote first.

4. When we will refund in full

You're entitled to a full refund if:

  • We are unable to deliver your order at all.
  • We miss the agreed delivery window significantly and you no longer want the gift.
  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error.

5. What we cannot refund

  • Subjective dissatisfaction after the final delivery, where the gift meets the brief shared at the time of order.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or late inputs from your side.
  • Requests that fall outside our acceptable use policy.

6. How to request a refund

Email siyaisupport@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Disputes

Please reach out to us first - most issues are resolved quickly over WhatsApp or email. If you are still unhappy, you can escalate as described in our Terms & Conditions.
